"Great property in Cedar Rapids "

"Too many great things to say!! We have stayed at so many hotels and this was the cleanest, safest, friendliest, most convenient, accommodating…I could go on! The staff was super! Christy at the front, the sweet gal who did breakfast, the maintenance man…all so wonderful! They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us, as we were coming from out of town for a funeral. Our room was awesome, lived the kitchenette…it had everything you needed and more! Bed and pillows were comfy! VERY clean!! Lots of space and storage areas. The pool was great for our family. Location was awesome…close to the adorable downtown, restaurants and more. There’s a walking trail behind the hotel that goes on for miles…we walked it a couple times. Breakfast was plentiful…I’m plant-based so I appreciated the oatmeal and fruit options. Free Coffee, water and ice machine. Would highly recommend this place! OH, and the price!!!!! Omg, we paid under $100/night…Incredible deal for the quality of hotel! I’ll be looking for this chain/brand in all other cities when we travel from now on. "

"Quiet friendly environment! Beds are comfortable I have back problems and this is one of the only hotels I have stayed in that my back is not hurting when I wake up! Staff is super sweet and understanding! I will definitely be staying here any time a news a hotel in town! "

"We got out of the elevator at 4:30 a.m. and the breakfast buffet was already set up. That was completely unexpected and fantastic."

"The room was very clean. Some spots in the room showed some wear and tear but nothing to distraxt from the stay. Shower had tons of pressure.Front desk staff when we checked in was great. Breakfast was satisfying. Good coffee. "

"Stayed one night. Clean room, just a little outdated. The room was fairly dark. Would like brighter lighting. Breakfast was simple but was all we needed. Would definitely stay again. "

"I have wanted to stay in this hotel since it was built, and finally dii last weekend. The architect and designer did an amazing job of incorporating elements from the buildings past life into its new one. The decor of various equipment and machinery from its milling days remind you of its rich history. As someone who once worked in textiles, it was like a walk back through time. I am extremely glad that the old building was refurbished instead of torn down. Truly loved just walking through the halls. It is also a very clean and modern hotel."
