"Place was just as described, beautiful and spacious! Absolutely loved the porch!! Was close to Raystown Lake and Trough Creek State Park. Lots of activities there. Had a wonderful weekend!"

"We stayed here while waiting to move into a new house. The house was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 6. The house was set back a bit from amenities,however this made it very peaceful. The host was very accommodating allowing other family to visit us. The host was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. "My family (husband, me and two adult sons) & German Shepherd stayed here over Thanksgiving. Great location, lane is a bit washed out, but driveway to the house was great. Cottage was cozy and well stocked. Great appliances, great stock of pans, cookware, utensils. Very nice layout - the upstairs with two beds and the downstairs with one. Well stocked with linens, blankets and paper products. Great to not have to pack all of this! As many reviews have said - the place was immaculate and...

You def need 4 wheel drive if you are going up in the winter, but once you arrive, you will not want to leave. "This property is absolutely fantastic! Location is perfect: far enough away for quiet and privacy but just a few minutes drive into town. Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving weekend here, and we could not have asked for more! We had such a terrific time; we ended up staying on the property the entire weekend because we loved the home and the R&R so much! No need to leave! Lol Hosts are wonderful with excellent communication; they go above and beyond to make sure guests have whatever they need....

"We loved staying here! The house is immaculate and just as described. Ruth was great and communicated well. The only thing I would say to be careful about is that cell service in the area is a little weak and there's no wifi so if you're someone that needs to be connected 100% of the time, just be aware. But the house is very cozy and comfortable and easy to get to!"
