"It was easy to find, and the staff were friendly. A drawback was not knowing it was pay parking. Not very clear on the hotel info when I was searching lodging."

"One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."
