"I will definitely rebook my reservation for the Hilton Heidelberg when I return to Heidelberg, Germany. I stayed for my 2024 family Christmas vacation and enjoyed my stay here because of the staff, location and closeness to public transportation. The staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and always there to accommodate your needs. The breakfast was to die for with all of the options and the service of the staff was great. Be sure to include it in your reservation or pay daily. Charge per room, not per person. You won't regret it. Of course, all of the staff speaks multiple languages. The location is ideal to get to the DB "Deutsche Bahn" train station, Germany's regional and country to country long distance rail service. It is also close to the RNV public transportation system for trams and buses. It has a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many things you will want to see are within walking distance to the hotel. A shuttle is available to and from the Frankfurt Airport. Again, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Heidelberg, Germany. I was truly impressed with my stay. "Location was perfect. A few people celebrating Christmas in the streets throughout the night. But we were provided earplugs, which helped. Breakfast was quality and the coffee great Hot pots of coffee waiting for us at our tables. Wonderful touch. "Stayed in the one person room and it was great! Location is close to old town, check in is by yourself but easy to navigate. And there are luggage storage rooms on every floor to keep luggage after checkout (probs before too but I didn’t need to)"
