"Very happy that we selected this location as our home base for our long weekend trip to Durango. I can’t imagine a better location - close to a grocery store, close to James Ranch, close to a gas station, and right on the edge of all the best hiking locations. Plus the property is right next to a cute creek. You can hear the water from the patio (which features a very nice grill). The entire place was perfectly equipped and immaculately clean. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place was so beautiful! The house itself was very clean and organized. The view was so beautiful with the river right behind the house. The amount of wildlife that was around in the time we were there was amazing. I loved the communication with the property owner, it was quick responses, great detail, and openness for me to reach out if we needed anything during the stay. I would highly recommend."

"The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road."

" Nice house. TV’s in bedrooms would be nice. Curtains in the bathroom with the claw foot tub would REALLY be nice. Hot water heater ran out of gas but the management team was quick to reply and was able to get it filled the next day. I’d book with them again "
