"Love the location and the off street parking. It was so nice and cozy, and the location is stellar. The house was spotlessly clean and all of the little extras were there. "My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)"

"Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...

"I would definitely stay here again. Enough beds and bathrooms for all 17 of us. Everything you could possibly need was provided for us. Well stocked kitchen!!
