"The overall stay was fine but only because we complained about the room and were immediately upgraded to a a newly renovated suite. Going forward our stay was no longer at the shizen spa but at the main Daniel hotel. We were very grateful for the upgrade because the shizen room was dark and had a direct first floor look at the pool.
