"We had a great stay over a long week end however there was an extreme storm wind/wet friday night our room was sea facing one of the best in the hotel however due to an inherent fault with the building or window/patio construction there was excesive noise sounded like an airplane inside our room Dina at front desk she was most helpful moved us to a new room and refunded that night "

"The overall stay was fine but only because we complained about the room and were immediately upgraded to a a newly renovated suite. Going forward our stay was no longer at the shizen spa but at the main Daniel hotel. We were very grateful for the upgrade because the shizen room was dark and had a direct first floor look at the pool.
