"Was efficiently greeted by reception when checking in almost at midnight. Breakfasts were excellent and room cleaning efficient and timeous. Would stay again "

"The overall stay was fine but only because we complained about the room and were immediately upgraded to a a newly renovated suite. Going forward our stay was no longer at the shizen spa but at the main Daniel hotel. We were very grateful for the upgrade because the shizen room was dark and had a direct first floor look at the pool. If you are looking for spa amenities and don't care about the room then you will be fine in the shizen. The staff was very accommodating when we wanted to...
