"Really nice hotel, excellent place, right in front of the beach, nice pool and good amenities. However, there are some things that they have to work on: Reception only works until 10.30pm and there is lack of transportation to important points (downtown, airports, restaurant). The place is great, and the manager is aware of the weaknesses; when we talked to him, he was very open to listen to the clients, which is very important. "Great outdoor space, access to beach for walking, nice breakfast served beach side, much further from town than anticipated but a cheap moto taxi ride away. Pool was less than inviting, murky, crowded and noisy with non guests having access. No AC, room was quite warm for January. One of only 1/25 hotels during our 8 weeks in Peru that had no toilet seat 😩"
