From the impeccable design to the private infinity pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property lays in 600sqm outdoor area with captivating grounds and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops. The luxurious villa features a master sea view bedroom with a two seater spa whirlpool bath tub (non heated) overlooking the Cretan Sea, and Sauna ! For our younger guests an outdoor playground await to inspire them for endless game time. A private parking is also available at the villa premises.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- The cost is 96€ per day & this amount will be integrated into the overall accommodation cost. Kindly note that supplementary fees will incurred through the VRBO platform for this particular service.
- Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and if needed there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, where two more guests can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
