"We had a fantastic experience at Mercure München City Centre. The location is perfect—close to major landmarks and just a short walk to U-Bahn stations, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were not only efficient but also very warm and welcoming. We had booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a loft-style room due to availability. They even accommodated our early check-in request, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich."

"This hotel was in a very good location... close to the train station and the Hop on Hop off bus we took on the 2nd day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really super! Room very clean and bed comfy... we liked having a fridge to keep our drinks cool. If you didn't have daily cleaning a voucher of 10 euro was given to us to use for snacks or drinks! Thanks so much"

"Excellent location and great facility"

"It is ideally located close to the main railway station, from where you can get anywhere. Breakfast is verygood, well worth the money. My only criticism concerns housekeeping, who did some things one day, but not others. For some inexplicable reason, the 2 face flannels became 1 then none, and the spare toilet roll mysteriously vanished ! We did have the bonus ofbeing left a bottle of cleaning fluid by the sink though !!"
