"We booked this for myself, my mum and my 11 year old daughter for over Christmas as we were spending Christmas with our family who live round the corner.What a find, it’s absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. "Debs flat in Hythe was great, just as described. The location was wonderful, the sea was just across the street. The flat was spacious, clean, and well heated, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The neighbors upstairs could occasionally be noisy late at night. Light sleeper you will be fine with earplugs. Debs and Phil were easy to contact and helpful in every way. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"Tina has been fantastic from start to finish, her home is very stylish and well thought out, including all the treats and suggestions on the nearby area.It's located in a lovely quiet area, very close to the beach which our labrador dogs enjoed.We absolutely loved the juke box and the games table, we felt we didnt need to go out.This property really is a perfect stay if you want to relax.Thank you again Tina we loved evey minute of our stay.Would definitely recommend and would love to stay...

"Lovely house although need to be agile for all the stairs. The best equipped kitchen we've ever had which was great for our cook in evening. House was beautifully furnished and beds and bedding verycomfy. Only negative being the parking as no free parking in the evening in the car park behind the house and car park expensive. We did however find the free street parking further afield."
