"We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday to celebrate in Memphis! The space was great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out. Pictures not exactly a true representation. Ping pong table not in great shape. Shuffleboard table unusable. Beds were comfortable but actual construction of the space was very poorly done. Was told there was a Keurig coffee maker but that wasn't the case. Overall was ok for our needs but not sure I would choose again unless some updates were made."

"I can’t say enough about the location of this place! You can walk to so many places and drive anywhere in 15 minutes. Michelle was a great hostess and very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. She even had a snack basket in the fridge which is priceless to a diabetic. Loved our first trip to Memphis and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!!!"

"Stayed here for the proximity to Rhodes College. The property was just as described. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom, SUPER comfortable beds! We enjoyed walking in Overton Park which is just across the street. Easy to get to all the Memphis sights from this location, as well. Easy check in and out and host was very prompt in answering when we had a question. I would recommend this property if you have any business at Rhodes or just want to stay in Memphis!"
