"Great host. Their contractor or handyman did a poor job. Decorated beautifully. Comfortable furniture. Quite neighborhood. Cleaning lady did basic good cleaning But at home I help my daughter clean her AirBB. We wipe everything down.. Old dried up food at bottom of trash can. And dirty windowsills. None of this is the owners fault. I would absolutely stay their again. Owners need better cleaning services. And a contractor that knows how to read a measuring tape. Lol. The hosts always responded...

"The hostess of the property was fantastic. I checked in and she made sure that I got in with ease. I needed a couple extra accommodations and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. If I come to this area again I will definitely stay there. Love the extra spot outside, very relaxing. She was incredible! ."

"Pam house is such a fun ,corky ,beautiful experience .Definitely emeries yourself with the neighborhood energy of mermaid love .My daughter was in absolute awe and loved the house .Espeically meeting Julie (Pam doggy) and the bunnies .Pam is sweet and a gracious host ,made sure we were happy with our stay. She feels like family and just a lovely lady,she gave us our privacy and made really easy for us .We saw manatees,enjoyed the Kayaks and just invested with our springs experience ."

The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "

"This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. "

We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again."

"It was more than we expected not that we didn’t expect it to be nice it was the little extras they added for us some cookies snacks and two valentine chocolates and also had some water in the refrigerator and coffee and tea’s. The host were wonderful always asking us if we needed anything and very friendly. Was a pleasure meeting them and staying there. It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a couple or single to stay.Definitely would stay here again. ...

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "
