"We had always walked past this stunning hotel whenever we’d visit Hermanus, promising ourselves we’d treat ourselves one day. Well- we just did- and what a treat it was. Brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment I we departed. All the staff were super welcoming from the parking to reception (Connor). We were upgraded to the penthouse with the best view ever. "Preferred. Sea view considering the hotel was reasonably quiet it would have been nice to be upgraded. Reception gal was less than inviting and room was so small there was no place to open our bags. "
