"We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back I was treated with little empathy and concern. It was very difficult to enjoy our stay with the neighbors holding a verbal dispute in there room with their children running up and down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The morning breakfast was an enjoyable experience and yes we would stay again. "

"Great stay for our family! The room we got was very too y and worth the price. It got My husband, our children, and I very well. There was some coloring on the closet door, and it looked like the couch hadn't been moved to vacuum under it, but really these were minor things. The room was nicely made up with a nice note from our housekeeper, which was really nice to see when we got in. The pool is small, but great for kids and while the spa is also small (fits 4) the jets are perfect for those with a sore back (my husband). The morning staff on the weekend for the breakfast are so funny and upbeat. I absolutely loved listening to them work. They sang to their heart's content and were very polite. This hotel has definitely become our, if we're in the area, this is our first pick! They made checking in and out so easy. 10/10 we loved this place. "

If you are new to the area or if you visit often, you will marvel at the view of Duluth Harbor. The shipping traffic, and the beauty of small vessels out to fish and enjoy the sunrise. "
