"Brant was very friendly. He gave great directions and personal insight to activities in and around Hermann. The room was clean and neat. The HVAC unit worked very well and kept the room at a chilly temperature that was wanted. The bathroom was clean and in operable condition. Would have like wash clothes added to the linens. But forgot to ask so it wasn't a big deal. The room and Victorian house were quaint and enjoyable adding to the ambiance of Hermann and our visit. Would highly reccommend the Captain Wohlt Inn and hope to return at some time in the future."

"The house was so beautifully styled and very clean. It was also well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The patio was very comfortable to use as well. If I had one complaint it would be that the Internet was spotty and very slow. But you’re not really there for the WiFi so it’s a small knit pick. We would definitely like to come back sometime! "

"Paul and Heidi were such amazing hosts. We were greeted at the house and given a quick tour of it and where certain things were located. The house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a perfect location and convenient to everything in town. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our stay. We are 65+ and traveling with a 14yo dog. The host actually moved us to a different place with less stairs when she saw the ages. We were within walking distance of so many wonderful shops and the recommendations she gave us were amazing. We had a very relaxing evening on the small patio and the the beds were so comfortable! Accommodations were exactly as described and the hosts replied to any messages immediately. My only regret was that we didn’t have more time to spend. Definitely would love to stay there again "
