"The property is quaint and well presented. The decor when you walk into the lobby is very interesting and welcoming. The room we were in was very quiet and clean. The decor is starting to wear is the only comment I have. I would recommend this Hotel in Nanaimo."

"Kids loved the pool/hot tub! Great to have a restaurant onsite. Many bugs. Cleaning below par. Room had finger nails and a safety pin left on the floor, after cleaned again you could tell the floor was simply mopped and the yuck and nails and pin were along the wall after they were done. "
