"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "

The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"You have created an eco-friendly ambience! However, your personnel, though they are professionals, do not look happy and satiffied. My impression is that they are not paid sufficiently and their working periods stirctly controlled. So you created eco-friendly ammbience but your personnel's effort is not genuinly friendly among themselves, not to your clients though but lacks sincerity. You have to adapt your eco-firendly concept also to your personnel management policies!"
