"Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay."

"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

"Our entire stay was fantastic, the home owner Suze was amazing in helping with our arrangements for our small wedding - private chef Adrian was superb, housekeepers were amazing at helping us understand how the house worked and also took in our shopping! We even managed a couple of dips in the very fresh sea to start the day! A magical break enjoyed by all.. We have recommended to several friends and family and will hopefully stay again soon. "

"Barthek means wonderful in Cornish. I stay in rental properties often, usually arranging week-long vacations with family and friends. RockSalt is among the very best. Plenty of space, iconic view of the Cornish countryside, equipped with everything (and it all worked easily.) We had no hassles and the owner answered our questions quickly and throughly, obviously wanting us to have a wonderful time in a wonderful area of Cornwall."

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."

"Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. "The property itself was very nice - quite cozy with a well-appointed kitchen. We spent a ot of time in the sunroom enjoying either our morning coffee or our afternoon glass of wine! It could have used a few more lamps with working lightbulbs. We never did hear back from our host when we tried contacting her to obtain more bulbs so communication could be improved. Also don't plan a having a BBQ - the bottom had completely fallen out! Lastly, directions to locate the property could be improved....

"House was lovely. Facilities excellent. Great secure garden for our dog. Plenty of good routes close by for long walks with the dog. Only downside was that the weather suddenly turned cold and the heating is controlled remotely but we contacted the host who immediately sorted it out and we were able to relax again."

"This was a really nice property to stay in. Clean and comfortable and very central to Boscastle. Everything within walking distance and for those things that weren’t, we had a double parking space (one being in the garage and one outside). Outside we also had a terraced area with a picnic bench and our own lawn and benches. Highly recommended. "

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"
