"I had a great experience until the evening. My room had 3 decaf pods. I brought them to the Bonvoy desk and asked for regular coffee. 5 hours later I return to my room and… no coffee. I went back to the Bonvoy desk and tell the staff member that I still do not have coffee, at which time another staff member comes up to me and asks me to step back because I am “berating” them. He then told security I threw the coffee pods at him when he was nowhere around when I handed them to her colleague. I am flummoxed by the situation as an individual and corporate client. All I wanted was coffee to be human for my 6 am meeting tomorrow."

"We arrived for our one night stay and the staff was very friendly / helpful. Our room was good, bed comfortable and the dinner we got from the restaurant was tasty - along with the great waitstaff. The next morning we had to catch a 430am shuttle to the airport and everything went smoothly. We were very happy with our stay and will stay there again next time. "
