"The rooms are nice and clean. Feels like a studio. I like the location being right by the grocery store (REWE) and several cafes, bakeries, and dining options. It’s right by the train station. There’s also tons of walking paths nearby. We walked all the way to the famous cathedral. The only down side is there is no one at the reception and it is self check in. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
