"The gite was tastefully decorated and had all the equipment you need. We visited in a heat wave and the gite was nice and cool and a has a huge bathroom / walk in shower. Lovely terrace outside which gives privacy from neighbours. Matthieu lives opposite and was on hand for anything we needed but not at all intrusive. Also lots of lovely forests nearby to walk or cycle in and it's near enough to the German border to easily have a day in Germany."

The views of the deer each morning are delightful and Twix and Bounty (sheep which look like goats in the field) are lovely and will delight your children. The location was perfect, not far to Strasbourg at all - and it’s in the cutest little town.We have been spoiled by the towel warmers in the bathrooms and the super comfortable beds. "Really nice location with a great view. Some utilities upgrade would be welcomed - iron board but no iron. No large knives, just three tiny ones to cut (good luck with Watermon). Swimming pool amazing and clean. Pascale very welcoming. Badminton racquets could also be replaced, as all had snapped strings. Not too far away from Vin de Alsace route - half an hour drive.."

Des voisins de bon conseil nous ont permis de trouver de bons petits plats chez les commerçants du coin. La proximité de la belle ville d’Obernai est également un atout. Der Garten auch im Herbst wunderbar, ländliche Beete, Rasen, ein kleiner Teich, geschützte Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Dorf liegt mitten im Elsass und ist trotzdem untouristisch und sehr ruhig. Alles gut erreichbar. Und schließlich die Vermieterin, Gaelle, und ihr Mann: diskret, aber im Nachbarhaus immer erreichbar, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein idealer Urlaubsort! "
