"For whatever reasons the property had been pulled out of the VRBO listing at the owner's request a few days after we booked the property, hence I could not get back to the listing to see what were the amenities or what was included or not. Anyway, I could still communicate with the owner. Location was fine and quiet. Villa in front is under construction making the access into the driveway difficult with a large vehicle. Villa is well equipped and we could find anything we needed for cooking."

"Excellent property, well equipped both inside and out. Located just a short walk to the beach and the pretty village with a small supermarket and variety of bars and restaurants. The owner , Eric Speckens provided us with lots of information prior to our arrival and met us personally both on arrival and departure. We will be back."

"The apartment was exactly as stated and pictured. Hosts made check-in easy and provided visitor information guides and recommendations. I appreciated the bikes and rode one to Veere. Everything in town is within walking distance, though- beautiful!"

"Große Terrasse aber innen für 5 Personen und 2 größeren Hunden (Collie und Golden Retriever) sehr beengt. Die Toilette ist zwar separat, verfügt aber über kein Handwaschbecken. Der Kühlschrank ist für 5 Personen zu klein, zumal man ohne Auto nicht einkaufen kann. Es gibt keinen Kiosk und keinen Backshop. Es gibt stets eine gute Internetverbindung. Das Grundstück ist nur unzureichend eingezäunt. Wir würden das nächste Mal was größeres nehmen."

"This holiday house is cosy and has a sunny patio. Lots of birds. At night it is peaceful. We love to walk the paths around Scheldeoord, and to walk along the dijk and beach. We have stayed here twice now. and will return to be close to family in Zeeland."
