I did appreciate the Starbucks cafe on site but think it would have been a better experience of such a beautiful cafe space if it had a continental breakfast in addition to what they offered at the Starbucks cafe. Did become my favorite place to stay planning my next trip soon…"

"Although I was informed of an issue for the room I was supposed to have on a floor I did not request 34 minutes before check-in, everything worked out perfectly in the end. I was placed in another tower with multiple rooms until the type of room I reserved was available the next day. The manager, Ms. April Almeida was exceptional. She worked with me to make sure me and my guests were placed in a room on a floor I originally requested due to my guests and I being afraid of heights. The birthday pair enjoyed their time and so did I as well as everyone in my group with all the renovations happening during our stay. We're looking forward to returning again."
