"On arrival, we found food from previous guests in the bread bin, the kitchen utensils and the kitchen cupboards were dirty. On leaving, we found underwear from a previous guest under one of the children's beds. One of the double beds was clearly broken and had a massive dip in one side. Outdoor furniture tired and tatty.
