"The bungalow was a perfect spot for us to stay for a short girls trip. The beds were comfortable and the place is decorated nicely. The hot tub never was able to get above 96’ so unfortunately that wasn’t quite what we hoped for. The place was overall clean. Personally, we didn’t love some of the long shaggy rugs especially coming from the hot tub entrance because they felt kinda yucky and probably not clean. Might be good to replace with a flat rug that can be cleaned occasionally. Overall...

"Location is superb, walking distance to the entire shopping strip. Bed was comfortable. Has portable a/c unit, heater and fan; keeps the room comfortable. Shower is very nice. Sink stand needs a little repair, got a nice wood splinter in the hand, but no big deal. It was clean and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Two items that would enhance this room would be a closet you can hang clothes in. It has two gym type lockers only. The other would be a mini fridge, just...

"This was a relaxing vocation me and my family took together. The house is spacious and very interesting. I love how the house stayed exactly the way it was left. I enjoyed hearing the families background and how it stayed in the family. An amazing overall experience"

"Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!"

"Nice layout for group with separate living room and lower level den. Clean kitchen with enough dishes for large group. High chair and pack'n'play for the infant. Easy check out. A few things needed to make stay with young walking toddler easier. Overall good stay, nice walkable neighborhood close to updated parks, restaurants."

"Bread and Butter was just perfect for Mom's Weekend at IU and also to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Being away from kiddos is hard enough, but this home was perfect for making our visit feel like home. The hosts were great, leaving us special treats, and the home had everything we needed. The location was perfect, the backyard was spacious, beds comfy, and had all the amenities. Can't wait to visit again!"

"We rented both the upstairs and downstairs got a long weekend. This is our third year in a row to stay at the KEEP. I do not think there is much that would make this a better spot for a long weekend get together. "
