Very thin walls which are not great when the guests in the neighbouring room stay up until 2am, no ventilation (no window to open) so very stuffy even in December"

"Very good communication from the very start from Ksuites. We got an upgrade due to maintenance problems on our original apartment. This apartment was clean and well laid out. There was parking around the back of the building and there is a good shop just next to it. I would not hesitate to book again through Ksuites"

"We spent 5 nights in this ground floor apartment at the end of April. It was perfect for us - a retired couple, one of whom has a mobility problem. The toilet and walk-in shower were immaculate and the kitchenette well equipped. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The large TV with Freeview and streaming was mainly excellent but with some stuttering /pixelation on the live TV channels. The host/ manager responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is well located...
