Half star less because weak water pressure in the rooms shower, and a very slow drain. And other 1/2 star for the considerable noise from the Air conditioning and other guests. you can hear the neighbors, next door and upstairs. "

"When we arrived for the stay we booked about 5 months previously, and was confirmed by hotels.com and about which we got our stay reminders, we learned that our reservation had been cancelled by the booking company. There was no record of our reservation at all. However, the front desk staff was very accommodating and placed us notwithstanding. The hotel was very busy and appears to be a popular choice for travelers planning to depart from the nearby cruise ship port. Very pleasant staff. "

"Grounds , landscaping and pool are beautiful, well maintained. Beach is of course very limited in that area, and a bit rough for swimming but beautiful . A lot of chairs, but like most hotels now, people reserve them and are nowhere to be found! No one monitors this Room are very outdated, with few electrical outlets , very basic bedding and pillows , but very clean. We were on ground floor and loved the gardens.
