"Zu der Unterkunft kann ich leider nicht sagen da sie zu dem zeitpunkt noch renoviert wurde . Wir haben haben aber eine mehr ala adäquaten ersatz im Haus Roland bekommen und kostenloses sekt frühstück für die zeit . Das einzig negative war die Kommunikation der zahlung zwischen Expedia und der Unterkunft zu dem Zahlungseingang. Der nicht richtig von Expedia kommuniziert wurde . Ansonsten war alles top "

"Bereits der dritte Besuch auf Helgoland und immer wieder schön. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Promenade, etwas abseits vom Mainstream. Blick geht über die Nordsee auf die Düne und spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge. Eingerichtet im Stil der 50/60er, kleine Kompaktküche und stabilem wlan im ganzen Haus. Gerne wieder!"

"Schönes sauberes Hotel auf dem Oberland mit guter Aussicht. Etwas umständlich, dass der Check-In und Check-Out im Unterland stattfindet, aber das lässt sich verschmerzen. 3 Fahrten für den Aufzug gab es auch gratis dazu."

We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry. The reason given was to be environmentally friendly. After requesting, which I do not like to do, the items were provided. The room bin was emptied unasked at the...

"Our stay here was perfect. It is close to everything, but faces the ocean and is very peaceful. We enjoyed the ocean view and balcony before and after the day‘s adventures. Check-In was smooth, and we were greeted with a welcome drink and a quick overview of any events and local tips for enjoying the island. We will stay here again our next trip to Helgoland. "

"Kleines Dachgeschoss mit alter, in die Jahre gekommener, teils kaputter Einrichtung (Schiebetür am Schrank, Leselampe). Das Bett befand sich in einem Raum mit der Küche, man sollte also besser nicht planen, dort groß zu kochen. - Der Checkin war verwirrend,da zunächst nur eine Nachricht von Novasol kam,in der es hieß, ein Checkin wäre erst ab 16Uhr möglich. Die einzige Fähre am Tag landet aber nun einmal gegen 12:30 und es gibt keine Möglichkeit ,das Reisegepäck unterzustellen. Letztlich rief...

"The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location. The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped. We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry. The reason given was to be environmentally friendly. After requesting, which I do not like to do, the items were provided. The room bin was emptied unasked at the same time of dropping the items off, but I would have expected house service to make the bed as well. There was a nice intro to the island provided by the receptionist with a glass of bubbly. The garden had lots of little sitting areas to be either secluded or to take in the beautiful view. The breakfast is not to be missed! A great experience and it could not be any better! "
