"10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Alec and Serena are such lovely hosts , kind , helpful and generous allowing guests to share their beautiful garden. The flat is spotless and comfortable and very much home from home. "This property was amazing. It did not disappoint. There was a wonderful view over Porthminster Beach. This exceptionally clean apartment was 5 star - such attention to detail including a lovely welcome pack. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that might be an issue for some people. There is no lift and being the Penthouse on the third floor there are quite a few stairs to climb. The communication with the management company was excellent too. "
