"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: Everyone I interacted with - from reception to the staff at breakfast - was really friendly and went out of their way to help. Service with a smile. "Stay away from this hotel! Even though it is one tram stop from the Expo it is in a NOT nice area. The windows would not close properly, very noisy room without heating in a day that was cold, dirty drapes, ugly bathroom and broken elevator in which I was stuck for about five minutes. security wise, the locks to close the door to the room were old style keys which you had to close manually. No in room safety box or security inside chain at the door. Definitely advertised as almost a four star...

"Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "
