The house combines a contemporary interior with the charm of a wooden beam ceiling and authentic details. In the cozy living room, you'll find a spacious corner sofa with a view of the television, a separate armchair, and poufs for the little ones. Do you like to play the piano? Then a piano awaits you for a musical moment. At the round table with four chairs, you can enjoy eating, having drinks, or playing games. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island with sink area and a wall kitchen with cooking area. Everything is available for cooking: a hob, combi-microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker.

In this room, you can also dine at the dining table with seating for 8 people. For a fun game of table football, you don't need to leave the house. A foosball table is ready in the accommodation. Who's going to win? In the hallway, you'll find the first toilet.

Via the stairs, you reach the upper floor with four bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each have a double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, reading lamps, an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, and a washbasin unit. There are also blackout curtains, a large mirror, and a wardrobe with hanging and storage space.

The third and fourth bedrooms are perfect for children and have bunk beds (4x 90x200 cm) with night lights and a low wardrobe.

On this floor, there is also a separate bathroom with rain shower and a stylish washbasin unit, and a separate toilet in the hallway. Extra comfort can be found in the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Handy for clean laundry, so you can put everything away immediately upon returning home.

The spacious, fenced garden of 600 m² offers plenty of peace and space. With two terraces, surrounded by willow trees and a view of the windmill, this is a perfect place to relax. Enjoy the garden table, lounge set, parasol, and the sun, which can always be found somewhere in the garden on sunny days due to its size. Children can play here to their heart's content.

For children up to 2 years old, a foldable baby cot (60x120 cm), a high chair, and a stair gate are available. Pets are not allowed in this property.

There is space for two cars on the premises and a charging point for electric vehicles.

Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.
Payment must be made in advance.
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and keys should be returned to the same location where they were collected.
If a baby cot is available, it will not include bedding. Please bring your own.
In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Your booking will specify if this applies.
Overnight visitors must be registered and may only stay with prior approval, with additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax.
Pets are not allowed.
Youth groups are not permitted.
