"This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem. "The lobby smelled strongly of smoke due to the smoking room nearby, and that's never a good sign. The rooms were fine and breakfast was average. No AC, but there were fans which we used. Would choose a different hotel next time."

"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"
