"I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire staff at The Locke. Sadly, I was injured shortly after I’d arrived in Berlin (off premises) and had to wear a sling during my entire stay. The whole staff were extremely helpful and kind the whole time. This helped me during what would have otherwise been a very unpleasant time. The hotel itself is very nice and well situated (the East Side Gallery is literally at its doorstep and the Ostbahnhof a short walk.) I have nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff, and if I ever return to Berlin (hopefully under better circumstances) I will stay at The Locke again. I highly recommend The Locke for anyone traveling to Berlin."

"I truly enjoyed my short stay. the minimalistic rooms offered the right tools for travellers without taking up too much space. all was neat and clear. the reception staff very friendly and supportive with check in and beyond. I am certainly coming again. "

"Clean great staff all very helpful and pleasant. not the easiest place to get to but the train did work I had to contact them for details on how to get there which they sent very promptly but perhaps they could include them on the website. Good base for an airport overnight. Good shower with lots of hot water"
