Great communication throughout as we had issues with our original flight due to a cancellation which meant amending the duration of our stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel itself is amazing with a brilliant river view from our balcony which I would fully recommend. 10/10. "

"A lovely hotel not too far away from the airport, made even quicker by using the S-Bahn to the station right outside the hotel. Nice, friendly and informative staff always on hand to help you, good for people that don’t speak too much German as their English is great. Only 40 minutes to the city centre and the central station via the S-Bahn. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely go back when visiting Berlin again!"

"Very convenient with food, supermarket, and transportation easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were helpful and gave us guidance with using the local transit. Rooms were on the smaller side but adequate for the stay. Being in the same building as the train station, there are a lot of homeless people outside by the station. So just be vigilant when outside, but near the hotel and inside the hotel, it’s all good especially since you need your keys to enter at night. "
