"The Scandic Hamar is a very clean hotel and they offer a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. What was not so good was the staff and their attitude toward guests. They were not friendly, did not smile or offer a welcoming word. In most interactions, they seemed almost annoyed to be bothered by have to check in guests, answer questions or service the breakfast buffet. "We stayed in cabin 17 - 2 bedroom chalet. It was just perfect, the cabin was modern, warm and super clean. Bed was really comfortable, bathroom with underfloor heating and a great shower. Kitchen with all the mid cons and things you would need to cook a meal. But the best of all is the beautiful view of the mountain and the river, it was so peaceful and serene. 10min to ski field. Highly recommend!"

"Alt stemte med opplysninger som ble oppgitt. Vi fikk i gen beskjed om hvordan vi sjekket inn sent og hvordan sjekke ut. Trekker på service for dette. Men når vi ringte alarmtelefonen for dette så ordnet alt seg! Den servicen var bra! Siden rommet var uten vann og bad brukte vi felles facilitetene og det var romslig og bra utstyrt og med utmerket renhold!"
