"Such a family friendly and unique hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were really nicely finished. Food was great, especially the lobby café. Entertainment for the kids was on another level for a short city break. I was a little worried with the location if it was too far from the main centre, but it was either a nice walk or we made use of the tram stop, located right out the front. Public transport was really straight forward to get everywhere we needed."

The area is a little out of town, and local construction on a new tram means the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess. No fault of the hotel, obviously. "Fantastic stay. Great location. Amazing room - comfortable, clean, huge. I loved the horse lamp on the spacious balcony! Bathroom was modern and well appointed with great toiletries. The bed was sooo comfortable. The shower was tight but great pressure and temperature. Hotel inside is gorgreous and i love all the art everywhere. Breakfast was perfect - huge selection of fresh everything. Will be back again."
