"The room was basic, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very warm and friendly, always greeting us in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon. My son left his ski jacket in the room when we checked out. When we realized it many hours later and contacted the front desk, they were able to locate the jacket immediately and worked with an outside contractor (ILeftMyStuff.com) to box it up and send it back to my son via UPS. All communication was very caring and efficient. As you would expect ILeftMyStuff charges for the service, but definitely less than the cost of replacing the jacket! It's a Holiday Inn, not Four Seasons, but great service!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It was also very well stocked. It has a Keurig so be prepared to buy pods and a small Mr Coffee maker. It had a view of Deer Valley. Park City is not too far away - great location. Communication with Brent was very easy. He called me and was very responsive to anything we needed. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk two flights of stairs. We knew this from previous reviews. "
