"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). "Stayed for one night on business. Lovely chalets and when inside there is no sound. Room was very comfortable. Room was clean with just a couple of minor issues like some areas not dusted. Would highly recommend and use again if im ever in Luton "
