"I’m impressed at the location of this property. On my first morning, I walked towards The Forks. There are others walking, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. In the night time, the neighborhood is quiet. The property is well renovated inside with modern amenities. The host is very accommodating and communicated well. "

"The bedsheets were not changed from previous resident.. got bed bugs..the monthly tenant was drunk all night and day.. yelling at both other tenants. He shut off heat in the middle of night, woke up freezing,which caused me to get sick. Very very dirty. Old food in fridge and food spill all over. Most hideous place ever. This place is not suitable for this site"
