"This house is certainly unique. The stained glass and original woodwork is beautiful. While it is easy to appreciate the historic significance of the home, it is not a comfortable place to stay. The beds are horrible. Cheap, crunchy mattresses. Pillows and bedding are awful. The towels are old, stained, and smelly. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. The washing machine is broken but that is not disclosed. I put a load on to wash and spent 2 days...

"Homestead 1810 was a little home away from home. It is equipped with everything we needed as a family of 4 and more. It was clean, orgnized, nicely decorated, has the old farm house charm. The garden was beautiful as well. Having a washe and dryer on-site were a plus since part of our stay in PEI was for a sport tournament, we needed to wash those clothes multiple times. "Lovely 3 night stay!! Check in was a breeze. Apartment spotless and so well appointed. Had everything we needed. Loved the view of the Charlottetown Harbour and watching the Cruise Boats come in. Great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing/golfing. And Doug was right there to answer any questions and help us with a tv incident.
