"The hotel is located in an excellent position for visiting neighbouring towns and sites of interests. It is also very close to Phabeni entry gate to Kruger National Park. The room was very comfortable and if we had time we would have enjoyed relaxing in the garden and beside the pool. "

"I would qualify everything about this place with exceptional. I wanted to thank each staff and copied down the names of our night and morning receptionists and gardener/manager, but lost the paper all with my car registration. Go figure. But the place is first rate with budget cost. The TV had hundreds of channels. The king size bed is comfortable. Wifi is strong. Beautiful room decor and spacious. No details overlooked. "Overall a very average stay and really not worth the cost. Our room was in desperate need of maintenance. There was terrible dampness and damage to the bathroom cupboards, all the cupboards in the room had not been cleaned which was v unpleasant and the aircon also had issues. Also we were told that breakfast was served at 8am however we were only managing to get breakfast at around 8.40 as staff had not arrived yet and the restaurant wasnt even open yet. "The room was stuffy,luckiky weve brought the air spray, bedding as well we had to rrport it but the next day their friendly cleaning stuff changed the bedding and dprayed the room The place is damp it needs paving as shown on the pictures,the pool to be repainted The Receptionist and Restaurant staff were very friendly,the food was nice"
