We could hear the waterfall in the national park from our room and waking up to the rain cascading through the trees in front of our bed was wonderful. We had a massage, on arrival, from the suggested service provider, who was on time and gave an amazing, relaxing experience to start our weekend escape. Everything you need is walking distance away, although the driveway is very steep, so we ended up driving to the top once or twice. Did I mention the views are stunning, nestled in the rainforest? There is a fireplace and spa, although we ended up running out of time for a spa, but...

"While the cabins are difficult to find (I did show up after dark), the seclusion of them are very nice. Sure, you are in between a camp site and around other trailers. But I didn’t experience any issues with the people around. Note that some of them have $100k+ vehicles, so I doubt they’d be interested in whatever is in the rental car/cabin (I left my car unlocked due to some key issues).
