"We had an enjoyable stay at the cute house on the hill. Large and spacious for everyone to spread out. The bus stop is close but still a little hike, just more calories to burn after skiing. Don’t let other reviews deter you from staying here. It’s a little older, it creaks but that’s part of the charm. "Clean, sufficiently equipped, affordable accommodations in downtown Steamboat. Walk to downtown and the Yampa, minutes to the ski area. Funky interior that takes you back to your 80's Grandma's house, or perhaps a bit of Napoleon Dynamite chic. Fantastic TV with all of the steams, and comes with an X-Box if you absolutely get skunked on outdoor activities...but it's Steamboat so you'll be outside most of the time. Very attentive property management who genuinely care about your experience."
