The owners responded quickly and were very accommodating. Our only concern was that as skiers we were not able to put our boots on in the warm entryway as the tiles were too fragile. "Great house for snowmobiling. Its an older home with simple furnishings but its exceptionally clean. Everything is in great shape and functions well. New on demand water heater so never run out of hot water. Washer and dryer were clean and worked perfectly. Linens were abundant, clean, and in good shape. Shower is clean and has great pressure. Plenty of room for gear and space to get geared up and down. Def room for one truck and at least a 4 place right in front. Could probably fit more if...

"Clean, sufficiently equipped, affordable accommodations in downtown Steamboat. Walk to downtown and the Yampa, minutes to the ski area. Funky interior that takes you back to your 80's Grandma's house, or perhaps a bit of Napoleon Dynamite chic. Fantastic TV with all of the steams, and comes with an X-Box if you absolutely get skunked on outdoor activities...but it's Steamboat so you'll be outside most of the time. Very attentive property management who genuinely care about your experience."

"This is our second year staying here and we love this house. The hot tub and space is really awesome and much appreciated. But we were super bummed about the loss of shuttle (10-3p) with how much we paid for the house (significantly more than last year). We weren’t aware of the change until we got there. Sounds like the shuttle system is being taken away soon, but would have been nice to have the price reduced as it was a very large factor in why we chose this home. But we do adore the...
