We contacted vrbo and spoke to someone who managed to contact the host who said to message him on what’s app but apart from him asking to see my booking information which I sr t him I had no response so I wasn’t able to stay at the property so I would like a full refund please"

"Turned up no access to property rang the owner which I don’t think it was the owner just one big scam there were two others that tried to get into there apartments but they were having the same issue it’s a scam the place was so disgusting me and my friend went and paid for a hotel near by try to contact Vrbo but no joy it’s a joke don’t book through this website or you will be very disappointed and ripped off "

"Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. "The apartment was not very clean and had a horrible damp smell, really disappointed as it was not like portrayed in the pictures. Finger prints all over the walls and even foot prints on the roof (no idea how they got there). No cooking facilities, shouldn’t be advertised as an apartment if there is just a microwave, more of a room with a few extras. Would not recommend "

"A homely, comfortable property with everything you need for your stay. Communication from the owners was excellent before and during the stay. The house was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast left in the kitchen was well beyond what I expected - cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, cooked meats, yoghurt, juice and milk. "Do not stay here. Found hairs in beds, questionable stains on sheets, can’t explain the smell. Marks on walls, cracks in plaster that were more than hairline and damage everywhere. Needs refurbishing!"

"There is wifi at this property because it works with the TV, however none of our phones and laptops could connect to it. Tried contacting the owner on Friday evening but no response. "Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Leisure facilities were wonderful and great to have a pool that the water temperature is so comfortable. Room was clean and beds so.comfortable, was amazed at how much space we had. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly want. My husband ordered poached eggs and they arrived perfectly cooked. Lovely colouring set and VIK token for the children where they could chose a small present was such a nice touch. Loved the football table and other games in the lobby. Drinks area much appreciated too. This was our first stay but it won't be our last, will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all"

Not the first time and I'm sure won't be the last!

"This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁 This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable. I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability... Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!"
