"Perfect stay and the house was just right for us "

"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"Good for all the family"

"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"I stayed at this property for Christmas.The house is stunning,beautiful furnishings in every single room and the carpets are so luxurious.Everything about this house is perfect everything we could have possibly needed was provided for us. Also some of the neighbours from a few of the other homes were so lovely and welcoming which i have never experienced when renting a short stay property which made the time spent there alot more realxed.We will definitely be renting this home again in the...

"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"Lovely property, decorated to a high standard.Everything we required was somewhere in the house.Master bedroom was beautiful.Great communication with the host!Only things to bear in mind. Kitchen and communal are above the bedrooms and can be noisy, if you have an early riser. Maybe a better choice for them to bob down to the cinema room, whist others wake up. "All we needed was somewhere to stay with enough space that was close to the centre - this property was definitely that and it was fine. The rooms were nice and it was all functional. There were quite a few broken things (e.g. a fan was broken, the rod to close the blinds in the bedroom was snapped off, the bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall) but nothing that impacted our stay. The hosts were also really responsive and friendly. "
