"This is a great guest house and who includes breakfast anymore?? My cousin and I stayed for one night and our room was very warm, cozy, and the owner made us very welcome. He went above and beyond with breakfast the next morning and cooked up custom meals for each of us! I would definitely stay here again since it is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Largs train station, and who doesn’t love excellent hospitality and service?! Highly recommended"

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. The night manager Karen was lovely and gave us free breakfast and 4 drink vouchers for the fridge at reception. It’s a great hotel with ideal...
