"The lovely lady on Reception on arrival even helped carry out bags as we were so weary. Unfortunately, due to that weariness, I didn't get her name but working the night if 22/3. Also Receptionist is the morning very good respjnse to feedback given about cleaning staff knocking on door and entering before chrck out time. Both very nice, professional women."

"Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the spa but feel there are not enough changing rooms for busier sessions. Meal in restaurant was tasty. Staff were polite, professional and helpful. Would be happy to stay again if we are ever in that area."

"We stayed for 4 weeks whilst working in the area and honestly cannot find any fault with this hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly especially the ladies (Nicky & Laura) at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent every morning, lots of variety and the cooked selection was always hot and good quality. The leisure facility was a nice bonus after a hard days work to chill and unwind. The members were all friendly to hotel guests too. Our room was perfect, beautifully clean and serviced every day, with a huge comfy bed and plenty of space for all our things for a 5 day stay. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is really great, so thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile, it really is appreciated. "
